Join us for yoga in our beautiful studio in the heart of the Northern Quarter in Manchester, where we have gorgeous big windows to let the natural light in and nice warm radiators for winter.
We have a great selection of yoga classes in the studio including the more unusual aerial yoga and acroyoga. Yoga is a great addition to your aerial or acrobatic practice and it can really help with flexibility and core strength, as well as calm a busy mind. Different yoga styles work for different people and we know you’ll find one you love here at Cloud.

Vinyasa yoga is a traditional yoga practice focusing on an energetic style with poses linked together into a strong flow.
Dharma wheel incorporates the wheel into your flow to improve balance, flexibility and give an extra challenge to your practice as well as make some poses more achievable. We’re one of the only studios in Manchester to offer this class.

Our meditation slow flow classes help you gain a deeper mindfulness practice and hold the poses for longer so you get a deeper stretch. This class can help improve your flexibility and work on problem areas that might be causing you discomfort in your daily life.
Acroyoga involves practising with a partner and is one of the most fun classes in the studio. Learn how to fly and base as you work your way from pose to pose, with plenty of wobbling and laughter in between! You don’t need to bring a partner to this class, no one is left behind. You’ll make some great friends as you laugh your way through together.
Finally, our aerial yoga classes will turn your yoga practice upside down with a mix of yoga poses, deeper stretches and some fun sling tricks to make you feel like you’re flying. This class can really improve your strength and help push your abilities to new levels. If you’d like to know more about aerial yoga check out our aerial yoga page here.
