Our aerial yoga teachers incorporate the sling into the yoga practice seamlessly so you’ll move and flow through positions utilising the sling to increase flexibility, balance and strength.
The sling will allow you to perform postures that are not achievable on the floor, including full body inversions without adding pressure to spines and joints. Hanging upside down in a sling and using the sling to fight gravity helps you get deeper into your positions without the usual feeling of compression you would have on the floor.
And we usually finish with a full cocoon in the sling which allows you to fully relax and focus on your practice.
