We have a great selection of yoga classes at Cloud. Hatha yoga is a traditional yoga practice focusing on your body and breathing to improve your physical and mental wellbeing. Ashtanga is a more energetic style with poses linked together into a strong flow. We also have yoga inversions for the more challenging poses of inverted asanas. Finally, our meditation slow flow classes help you gain a deeper mindfulness practice.

Please read our terms and conditions before signing up to class. All classes must be booked in advance except open training and baby classes. You can do more classes for less money by getting a combo deal or a Cloud Class Pass.
